SHIPPING
Dispatched orders shipping times may vary from 1 business days to 30 business days. In case of delay in sending order we will notify you about that.
After sending the order we will inform you by email and send you the shipping progress tracking code. Order will be delivered to the provided address of the purchase order. After signing for your delivery keep in mind that we are no longer responsible for the item.
The products are at your risk from the time your delivery is signed for. International orders may be subject to the payment of import duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes.
We reserve the right to deliver different products ordered in the same time separately.
If you have not received your package and didn’t get any information about your order, we recommend contacting us.
We reserve the right to reject any order. In such cases the payments will be returned to your account within 30 days.
We send shipments via:
- Lietuvos paštas (Worldwide shipping)
- DPD (EU shipping)
- Omniva (post terminals in Baltic states)
RETURNS
We are making sure that our package is in a good condition before sending it to you. So when you receive a package check it out before signing for it. Products that have been damaged in transit should be photographed as a proof.
If you have received the product and noticed a defect send us a photo as a proof and we will refund or replace it with another similar product. This could be done in no longer than 7 work days after receiving the product. You will need to send the product back and when we receive it we will refund or replace it with another product.
- Keep in mind that returns can only be agreed upon by notifying to us first.
- The shipping fee is not refundable when returning the product even though you had a free shipping.
- Products that are already used or worn can no longer be returned.
